Hallo und guten Winterabend.

The clutch housing bell has now been restored. I had to replace the shaft for the pedals and the bronze rifle. The brake pedal had 1/2 "movement. The bronze bearin from the clutch shaft too.

It was not easy to grind the bushes to the correct sliding dimension without a reamer.

The linkage of the coupling joint was also extremely worn, 1/20 "was missing! It was welded on and I sanded it to size with a dentist's spindle.

Both works now pleasantly tight again.

Nice job Werner. Keep an eye on that clutch arm, they are prone to crack after 88 years of use.
One question, do you have the fork for the throwout bearing in correctly? Seems the fingers should show in the hole?

Yes, there is no crack.

Yes, the fingers are installed correctly. They are coated with MoS2. This gives a matt surface and is an optical illusion on some fingers.

Werner, I was referring to picture #4 in post 24. Maybe I am missing it but it appears to me that the clutch fork for the throwout bearing is down to far? maybe I'm delusional.

Hey Blockhead!

Ah yes, now I know what you meant. You have observed that correctly! On the photo, the clutch release fork hangs the wrong way round. This is because the connection to the clutch pedal was at this time not yet installed. That's why the fork was apparently wrong.

I just made an actuel photo.

Thank you for your attention! It is always better if many viewers think about it. Better checked 10 times than having screwed once with an error.
