Question Fuel pump rod.

I have a situation. late block, 8cm, early cam 59a , intake 59a, fuel pump stand 59a.Which fuel pump rod do I use? I don't have either one.

The 8CM block has a larger diameter push rod bushing to accommodate the larger 8ba push rod. You can change the bushing to the early type (a risky task in many ways) or
use a modified 8BA push rod shortened to 8.875. I have these short 8bba push rods.

Yep, it happens all the time when mixing and matching.
