It's a parody. They are just chillin' taking a classic photo with their car and travel trailer, it's a great day on the road during a holiday....... but the car is upside down and travel trailer on its side.

A friend was driving north out of California in the '90s and came up on a station wagon pulling a one horse trailer filled with tools and construction equipment. One rear tire was completely on fire, obviously from a gone wheel bearing. As Rolf pulled up alongside the car he frantically waved to the family towing the trailer when he noticed a girl in the back seat holding up a cardboard sign with two words on it.... 'We Know"
