37 aftermarket grille
Greetings: Any experience in using these new after market grilles on 37 ford deluxe sedan? Even the suppliers state they will need to be "worked with", which could mean anything. Mine is bent, heavy rust and pitting, missing bars, ect. I have not run across anything used much better than what I have to be chromed. Thank for your time!

Re: 37 aftermarket grille
Expect to take the new grille apart, reshape everything, FIT IT TO YOUR CAR, and put it back together. Less work than starting with sheet steel and better than a gaping hole. Or wait for a decent original to surface and pay for it.

Re: 37 aftermarket grille
As Karl says - get an original.
There are no holes for the stainless trim on the reproductions. Drake is supposed to be making new ones. You could also check there. |
