I guess I could have taken the Merc out for a spin early in the morning when everything was still frozen dry. But by the time I got outside it was melting snow and a few mud patches so the Merc stayed indoors.

Well, it's official. We broke the record for snowfall for the month of April.
This is the most snowfall recorded for April in our area since record keeping began.

Also, we have had a few luke warm days, but it has been colder than normal here
by about 20 to 30 degrees, for the last 2 months. I hope things start getting back
to normal pretty gol darn soon,,, getting cabin fever here.

Don't know about any records here but we certainly have a lot of disgusted looking robins.

In Alberta, where there are now mopeds, motorcycles, and rat rods out on spring roads, we're already counting the number of days left in the season before we have to put our vintage cars away for winter and hockey season.

Storm finished in Green Bay with 23.7 inches of snow. Second most snow fall on record. In 1888 there was a storm with 29 inches. Last year 74 degrees?

Hint, Even if you have a snow blower, don't get rid of your shovel.
This is 3 days after the blizzard of the month. Starting to see some pavement.

Started up here about 5 today and they say we could get an inch of snow. Guess the Merc stays in the shed for a bit longer. I worked on the 53 parts car and got the front fender off today. Didn't break anything other than a few rusted bolts Ihad to cut off. Good thing I am not charging by the hour though.

I don't want a response or want to set off a rant here on.

There is a difference between weather and climate. Think of it this way. What your wearing today is like weather. Tomorrow you'll be wearing something else. Now go into your closet and look at your wardrobe. Your wardrobe is like climate.

I'm not advocating either way. But there is a difference.

I'm wearing shorts today. It's 47 degrees here.

This so called 'man made global warming/climate change has evolved into a religion. Anymore, it has nothing to do with the climate. It's all about social engineering and the growing of government....

A little warming here today. The wind dropped, sun finally came out and the temp hit near 40 degrees so we saw some good melting today. Nice weather to work in the shop with the South doors open and enjoy the heat. Nice day to fly too. I took this shot about noon today.
