My tool is stamped on the handle No 110 Distributor Tool, Orchard Park. Probably the Manufacture

Thanks, now we know. Can't think of anywhere else that can answer questions like that with pics and where stuff came from. This is a great site.

I have one as posted by 42 merc. KR Wilson made a similar for use on the applications I have noted.

Those were probably originally part of the larger tool that was cut in two to make the individual drivers.

As I recall it the distributor was low. and angled out toward the frame, and or fender well, heater hoses, and such. Would make it difficult to engage the connector pole. By slicing the tool in half you get a firmer grip to tighten and loosen the pole.
