Default Tom & Purdy - Brake adjustment

I use your method for adjusting the front brakes ( it is quite easy to remove the pin from the brake rod clevice) but I can't remove the pin from the rear clevice rods. I am on my back like a contortionist and I just can't remove the pin. Is there a simpler way - is a lift necessary?
I must be doing something wrong and your advice would be appreciated.

what about removing it off the service brake shaft? thats where the adjustment is also
for stubborn pins i use a side cutters / dykes to get under the pin head and pry out

Yes, what Mitch said. I always remove the pins from the front of all 4 service brake rods.
