Hi guys can anyone tell me if the cowl vent seal is attached to the cowl body itself or to the vent door ? Why I ask is because my truck had no seal when I got it and the seal I bought is to big/long to be glued under the vent door , and does the vent door rest on top of the seal if it is glued to the cowl ? problem there is the vent door will most likely sit proud of the cowl as it will take a fair amount of pressure to squash the seal . please help me
