Default Runs rough

My 50 Ford V8 ran good one day and then started running rough and hesitating.
What I've done:
  • Checked timing----OK
  • Checked fuel flow----OK
  • Checked compression----OK
  • Blanked off vacuum line to wipers
  • New fuel filter and rubber lines
  • New points and condenser
  • New carb rebuild kit
  • New plug wires
Adjusting the two fuel/air mixture screws does nothing. Full open or full closed has no effect.
What can I try next?
Thanks for any advice.
Andy

Most kits come with 2 gaskets for power valve, make sure you used the correct gasket to seal off power valve. When you have carb off remove the top and put gas in bowl and see if gas is leaking out of bottom. Just a few things to try.

Definitely a carb problem. Heed the advice regarding the power valve. The top off fuel leakage test will tell you if the power valve is blown or, leaking at the gasket.
