Default First generation Rear motor mount

I am in need of a photo of the first generation Rear Motor Mount as explained in the RG's on page 1-5 Revised 2011.

This would be A-5090-B.

Thanks.

Here is a picture of the rear mounts (A-5090-B) in my December '27 Coupe. It has the rectangular cutouts 1/4" from the inside mounting side, which made them very prone to cracking and breaking.
