Professor David Lewis was a very active writer who loved old Fords and their creators.
Living in Michigan, he got to know and was able to interview many Ford Employees including Henry Ford II.
Among the many books he authored on Fords and the Company, he wrote this book, "The Public Image of Henry Ford - An American Folk Hero and His Company".
I am privileged to have a personally autographed copy in my Library of Ford Books.

In my Post 1, I got it wrong. Because of the way Americans write their dates, I got confused.
David actually lived a week after his 96th Birthday.
