Gurgling sound?

This one is harder to explain. Engine sound normal when cool. After running awhile it starts to make a Gurgling sound at idle. It sound like it is coming from the Carb. intake. Not a metallic sound kind of sucking sound.

Engine runs fine with no issue.. Any ideas what is causing this sound? Has done this since I have owned it no change when I changed the head.

Zenith carb will make a strange sound if venturi is missing ... runs but not like it does with venturi.

What color is the exhaust at idle when warm? Where are you setting the GVA? At idle is there any fuel dripping out? From the description, could be too much fuel.

Minerva ran fine, but in Parade Mode, she "clucked", like an Old Hen, scratchin' in the gravel!

That is what it sounds like ! Better than gurgling

Exhaust is clean at all speeds and no fuel drip from carb.
