Coppper brake tubing is easy to bend by hand and Eaton has all the fittings you need in their catalogue...companies that sell airfittings for trucks usually have the eaton stuff...if not on shelf they get it ordered in a couple of days.

I may have to do the same with my C59A and stock head as I want to use the helmet distributor. I have the correct older stock aluminum intake with the vacccum port.

Making stuff like this yourself is the main point of this hobby and one of the most enjoyable aspects. If there is a threaded hole in the manifold, it is probably NPT, while the tubing fittings will be flared or compression (I am not that familiar with the earlier engines). If there isn't already a vacuum port in the manifold, you get to make an excursion into drilling and tapping.

It's great fun!

The best thing about this Hobby, and the lack of funds is: You get to make "ALLOT" of things. Of all the things I've made for these vehicles are, a serpentine belt system for my truck to run the gen and PS pump, Trans adapter for a T-5 and RTS trans, and a few dozen other things. At 87 I still like to putz around.
O Yes and a dual distributor front timing cover.

Ron, you are a real inspiration. Keep on keep'n on. You've got a ways to go; there's a guy in our church who is ....107 still driving & pretty sharp minded too.
