Re: Clay Smith cam ID?
I found my 3 lobe clay Smith 272-?? I measured the lift at .394". Whicch gives a Gross lift of around .375. Quite a few cams have this much lift, and I'd like to compare the duration to them. Unfortunately I can't find my copy of theClay smith cams. I was a dealer, when Red Wilson was running it.

Re: Clay Smith cam ID?
I'll measure it again tomorrow. Now this cam was made before 1958, because that's when I gave it to Roy. The part I saved is the last three lobes. Ionly measured the intake.
