There's a good one for the rear seats here: https://classiccarradiodoctor.com/fordseatbelts.htm
I would like a drawing or template for the rear seat belts on a 63 XL convertible. Thanks in advance.

So you have decided to keep the H4000 or is the tube for the replacement carb?

I might have the instruction sheets scanned as a pdf but I'm not sure.
I am sure a lot of people would want a legible copy. If you want, you can mail them to me, and I will have converted and return to you (I bear costs).

The only way I know of obtaining a copy (which came through included with the ACCESSORY SEAT BELT KIT for you year) would be to acquire a NOS kit or someone (or a vendor) may have a copy. There might also be a detailed engineering illustration in the appropriate year Service Manual.

Below is a TEXT PAGE showing detail-

I have's no problem about scanning the instruction sheet to a pdf. I have access to a scanner like that. I just need to find the sheets first.

The tube was for the B manifold so the H4000 will remain shelved for now.

For aftermarket belts, ONE company makes them for everybody. Look at the sites and match up the buckles and other hardware. I got my 3-point front and 2-point rears from Wesco, they had the best price and good instructions. I got the b-pillar plates from them too.

I went with heavier washers on the bottom side of the floor, used old lower control arm washers that were around 3/16" thick.

I got mine from Juliano's as well. I went with 3pt belts for driver and passenger and lap belts for the rest. They sell the large washer/plate (probably about 2" x 3" if memory serves me correctly) as well. Not factory, but I did it for the safety factor.
