More history from Clem Clement
Daddy's prewar early V-8s.
He traded frequently as he was very hard on his cars. He drove daily doing his salesman's rounds plus always looking for a new place to sell a Page fence. Notice by the cars he traded in, that I don't have a complete set of records. Some time in 1934 after he bought the 34, he splurged and got a radio and then moved it to his 1935 car. He was quick to get a new car after the war. Golly what if one of his cars is still around... I cry for my first car (a '40 Merc Convertible sedan) which now sleeps in another man's garage, but what if one of Daddy's lives??? Clem Clement Last edited by Mike in AZ; 11-03-2010 at 09:46 PM.
