Default 28 Phaeton Top question

Do any of the top bows rest on the top edge of the rear panel? Do they all go down behind the rear panel without touching it?

Merry Christmas everyone
James

They go down behind and over it. The top material itself folds over itself to help the weight burden. The two top iron supports on either side of the body rest in saddles, that's the main support for the whole thing when the top is down.

I have repo top irons. One of the bows rests on the back body panel of the car ( in the center ). I don't think that is correct.
