Default 1930 CCPU door glass size

Can some one give me the exact glass size for 1930 CCPU doors? Including the corner radiis?

Thank you!

Look in the yellow, hard cover service bulletins.

The 30 - 31 coupe glass is a couple of inches or so narrower than the 30 - 31 CCPU. As they both use the same doors, the 30 -31 CCPU and the 30 - 31 Tudor both have the same sized door glass. I tried using the Model A service bulletins for my 31 CCPU for the door glass and for the back window but the bulletins were of no help. They had about everything but what I needed. I ended up measuring the door's window openings for the glass shop and the door glass fit excellent. The glass shop also used my rear window frame for its glass pattern.

Width 26 3/4"

Thickness 1/8"

Thanks John..

Isn't original glass 1/4" thick? (I've read anywhere from 0.220 to 0.250)

Yes I did a double check and it is dead 3/16" thick . This is original plate glass . The edges are ground with a slight domed effect . The upper corners have a tight radius I suppose to avoid a sharp corner . In UK we are now metric and the closest laminated glass is 6mm thick which about 3/16" and works OK .

The Service Bulletins show the plate glass 5/32" to 9/32" and triplex glass
.180" to .200" thick.

That's quite a range for the plate glass:
5/32 = .156
9/32 = .281

That's what I though also, maybe it should have been 7/32". If I remember
correctly from other posts there are other errors in the glass chart.
