My New Ford Barn Find!
a friend called me yesterday and said he knew a guy not far from me who had an old ford truck in the barn he would like to sell due to moving south.i knew the barn cause i pass it on way into town sometimes.never knew the farm had any equipt or trucks around cause i never seen nobody around there in 20-25yrs. anyway,i showed up to meet the older gent and this is what i found and ended up coming home with a really nice old truck.

Re: My New Ford Barn Find!
Very nice find!! If it were mine, I would keep it just as found on the exterior, but restore the mechanicals for safe driving on todays roads. Keep us posted on your progress with this.truck.

Re: My New Ford Barn Find!
Ditto what everyone has said, plus this is a real barn find. No faux barn find here.

Looking good. A 42-47 truck just like the first Ford I ever drove.

Re: My New Ford Barn Find!
I kept looking at it and thinking it was sittin' , in the words of Bob Seeger 'way up firm and high'. I thought "this guy didn't stumble onto a MH conversion.... or did he?" That is a really great find, my hardy congratulations on that one. Holly COW!
