Default welding fender wells and 1/4 panels

Hi I have a 29 del. sedan and need to replace 1/4 panels and fender wells. I have several model a's but no body like this one . My question is are the fender wells
and 1/4 panels just riveted to the sub rail, or are they spot welded ?
Thanks in advance
Dan
