Default Small mirror, big blind spot

The passenger side outside mirror is very small, thus leaving a large blind spot at the right rear of the car.

Additionally, the reflection from the wing glass further detracts from viewing the right rear corner.

What are other folks going to increase visibility and safety?

My car only has a drivers side mirror so I make sure I turn my head and take a look at what may be beside the car.

I put 5 inch door hinge mirrors on both sides.

A convex round mirror placed on your side mirror may help.

I find that, even with two 5" door hinge mirrors, the visibility through those mirrors is questionable. Particularly the right side ---- with the side window up, that mirror is mostly useless to me. Anyone tried a film tint on the insides of the glass to improve the vision? Is there a larger mirror anywhere that will improve the vision and still not detract from the appearance?? I know it's subjective --- just looking for opinions.

In addition to the 5" mirrors on both sides, I had the rear window tinted (5%) and also have an inside mirror as well. Not perfect, but gets me by.
