Default Determining interior color from trim code

I'm trying to find what the original color of my dash and window trim was. It's mostly rust color now with undertones of an olive green. It's for a 1953 Customline. My codes on the VIN tag are:

Body 70B
Color G
Trim D
Production 28D
Code DP845B

What does trim code D actually reflect? I haven't been able to find a trim code reference for 1953.
