Default F1 steering box cover

Looking for help locating a good, used, complete cover assembly for an F1 steering box, (commercial 1948-1952), including the cover #3580, adjusting screw #3577, sector washer #3579, lock #3564, nut #3539 and oil fill plug #3538. Lost track of it during steering box rebuild. Thank you Fordbarners.
