wondering if someone with the Ford "GREEN BIBLE" could tell me if there is a listing for interior door latches for '40 woodie . I need passenger side front and rear latches....thanks in advance

The so-called "green bible" is a chassis parts catalog and does not include body parts such as door latches. Hopefully someone with the appropriate body parts catalog will respond.

You will find these to be extremely elusive to locate. I'd suggest if you find them at practically any price, grab them quickly.

39 - 40 Ford Mercury Body Parts. List.
RH Front Door Lock 01A 7921812
RH Rear Door Lock. 01A 7926412
I hope this helps I do not see the word “ latches” in the door parts list numbers.

OK , thanks for info....does it list an interchange for them...another vehicle or make or model???

Since the 40 part number is 01A prefix, something is different then the 39 part or it would have a 91A part number. It is for sure different then the 41 so 40 only. I have a restored 40 wagon and may have something. I will PM you if I do.

There are some "woodie" latched listed on the EV8 Club classifieds.
Paul in CT or maybe it was the HAMB??
