Default Help I.D. NOS Stop Light Switches?

I have some NOS brake light switches that I got off the shelf of a former Ford dealer about 30 years ago. Does anybody know what they fit, or a part number?

The switch on my 34 BB truck has an angled base like the one in the first photo. It attaches to the angled face of the transmission which is supposed to line up the switch throw with the link from the brake pedal. I can not say for sure that it is original.

I THINK they are 35-36 Passenger car/pickup. Pretty sure, but old and moderately senile.

Definitely not '35-'36 passenger car. Those only attach on one side of the switch, not on both sides like those in the photos.
