what is the 'report'? why does some have a green button?

The report button is to tell the moderators about a nasty post, someone selling ipods, shoes, porn, or other spam..
Not sure if there are cuss word filters, so dont go reporting guys for cussing.

The blue means the user is off line, the green means he is on the site at that moment.
