Re: 1932 5 window Barn find
Mike...Thanks for sharing! Appears to be a very nice Model B Standard Coupe. Didn't notice any rust-through either. Very straight. Does it run? Still have the mechanical brakes? Congratulations! Pat

Re: 1932 5 window Barn find
Pat, exactly. Model B. Really good shape. Never taken apart in any way. Little rust below the truck lid above the gas tank, about a 2' x3' spot. It turns over, but I haven't got it running yet. If mechanical were original, then yes as it has the original brakes. Still has the key in the steering column.

Re: 1932 5 window Barn find
I agree with cleaning it up, get it to running, and drive the wheels off of it. Great find.

Re: 1932 5 window Barn find
Replace wood, LB interior kit, new top kit, pull fenders, repaint, clean gas tank, new wireing harness, brake floaters and you will have a really nice drivable car. Since so much paint is gone anyway, believe paint would be way to go and what is left of the uph will just fall apart if driven.

Re: 1932 5 window Barn find
Cool car, How about a nice v8 like a hemi 392 with an Oldsmobile rear end or a 9cm Mercury and a SCOT blower with a quick change and 1940 Ford brakes, original 1932 Ford v8 with mechanical brakes.
