Default Door window regulator

Having a problem installing door windows in my 1933 ford truck. The stud on the end of the window regulator arm will not fit thru the hole and slot of the window glass channel. Also, the stud on the driver door regulator is spring loaded and moves in and out, the stud on the passenger door regulator is larger and doesn't move. What's wrong. Thanks Al

The larger slider that is not spring loaded is likely model A coupe/tudor/pickup. Model A fordor/victoria/cabriolets and 1932-39 v8 used the spring loaded end.
