1939 - 1948 Lincoln Style Bendix Brake Parts
City:
Bedford
State:
TX
Price:
59.00 set
Gents, I am thinking about having these parts made in Stainless Steel. I am currently building a '32 5W using the Wilson Welding reproduction '39 Lincoln drum brakes on the front and I had a friend make me a pair of these spring retainer bolts in stainless, and I love 'em! NO MORE RUST! Now other guys are asking for them as well. I've got over $200 in the handmade ones, and I know nobody (except me) would pay that for them. So, I'm trying to gauge the market for them at a price point of $59.00 per set. This would include: 2 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 special made flat washers (with notch), and 2 split lock washers ALL in STAINLESS STEEL! If you already have a car with the '39 Lincoln Bendix self-energizing backing plates or are building one and would be willing to make this upgrade at this price (or not) please let me know. Hopefully, if there is enough interest in them, I will put them into production. Respectfully, John (32partsguy)
