E Brake cable lube
I have the original E brake cable out of the '40. It works fine, but I would like to lubricate it while it's hanging up vertical. Any suggestions on a lube. How about Wurth HH-SK, or ? Thank you Fordbarners.

Re: E Brake cable lube
Use lithium "white grease", available at most parts stores.

The white grease hardens after a while. JMO

Re: E Brake cable lube
I lubricate mine while it is hanging - prior to installation. I use a CRC product similar to Liquid Wrench. It flows in to the outer cable housing and allows some reasonable confidence that it got inside where it is (in my opinion) most required.
