Give Steve a call at Bert's as he is spearheading the manufacturer of the units I'm told.

Snyder's, (who we heard supplies new ammeters to some other Model A parts companies), reported a few years back that they were earnestly searching and trying to upgrade their new Model A ammeter quality which they already know is classified as:

"Poor Quality ............. but the best available".

One can only imagine how difficult it could get to try to convince anybody today to manufacture new, "Quality" Model A ammeters at a time when it is difficult to find someone to paint one's front door frame for $950.00 where the owner supplies the paint brush, the paint, the short ladder, free lunch, and the drop cloths.
