Gary:

Maybe an "A" sized torch? They sell adapters to mate up to "B" or "C" sized takes/regulators.

I have a Victor "A" size torch and find it very easy to use due to it's small size and light weight.

That J-40 would scare me. There isn't near as much distance between the gas hose and the flame. I'd certainly want reverse flow check valves & flash arrestors on there. The chance for flash back is greater with that short a handle.

MECO, I believe is Minnesota Engineering Company. I have the small MECO Aviator torch.
