Not sure the Evaporust will do anything unless all of the other chemicals applied are removed.

Success! Thanks to everyone. I'm sure it was a combination of evaporust , PB Blaster, heat, all together. After the soak in evaporust didn't free by itself I took TJs advice and drilled a couple of holes in the button. Then a little help from my slide hammer and walla it came out and the steering is unlocked.
I can't thank you all enough. Going to need a new button, but that is minor. Bill |

At one time Bob Drake sold the lever button kit.Not sure if its available anymore.01A-3676-K is the part number or have one(button) made.
