Default Column Drop?

Can anyone identify this column drop? It was in a box of Ford goodies that I bought at a garage sale.

It's tilted the wrong way. Maybe Australian?

I don't know the specific application, but I have one just like it, that I need to ID. Maybe a COE?

It is tilted the wrong way,,,,It is truck, 38 / 39... the switch lever is 38 / 39.. at least it in the right place ??....... OLD......BILL
