The 3 wheeler with the C-cab on it looks like a delivery car. The cloth roof is peeling off on one corner. Love the 3 wheelers with the dogs in the back. Early K-9 units.

I lived in New Orleans until '65. I remember seeing MANY of these NOPD 3-wheelers over the years, but never saw any with the dogs. These two pics were likely taken in 1961. Note that the cops are NOT even wearing helmets yet. 28 cents gas! DD
