Default 1960 power steer cyl difference

what is the difference in cylinders, from 1960 to 61-62. Listing is 1960 by itself. Can I replace 1960 with a 1961 unit?

I cannot tell you the exact difference but there was a design upgrade in 1961. The drag-link and idler arm are also different.

Can yours be re-built?

considerably less cost than a 1960 unit.... is port size different , you suppose. both have the rubber eye, would think length be the same.

You know, I wish there was a site like this that would allow trusted small vendors not advertising per say, but a listing of trusted vendor(s) at a minimum that users have had good results with.

The big vendors are now selling CHI-COM one off junk/counterfeit and few realize it until it either doesn't fit or fails.
