Default Tudor front seat cups

I noticed that the seat cups, that are under and at the rear of the front seats, are available in 3/4" and 1 1/4" heights. I guess the 3/4" will position the seat leaning back more. Which height was original? Which height do you prefer on a Tudor? Thanks.

I think the 3/4" are original. My tudor is an early one, so it has a bar across the back, not cups, but they are about 3/4" from the seat bottom.

Not sure, but I think original were the shallow 3/4". Found the perfect fit for me with 1-1/4 height plus a piece of 1x3 3/4" fir strapping spanning the cups in my tudor. You need to do trial and error with it to suit your own posture.
