Default Distributor Parts needed

1957 Thunderbird, 312 4bbl, auto

I am in the process of rebuilding the distributor for this engine. The point cam is worn beyond acceptable limits.
Picked up a couple of distributors at a swap meet, hoping to get useful parts, they are just as bad.
Is there a supplier for the point cam for this distributor? Web search has been unsuccessful so far.

Thanks
Ken

You could also convert the dist to pointless using a Peretronix kit. The magnet in the kit fits right over your worn breaker cam no problem.

Try Bubba's Ignition - he repairs distributors and may have the part. He posts in the Early V8 Forum.

I have a points cam. Cam looks good, advance slots (13 degree), fair.
