My brother in law has a 28/29 RPU for sale. The truck sat in his yard in CA for years and then migrated to OR. There is no title but he will give you a bill of sale. The engine is "rebuilt," but he has never started it. The running gear seems to be complete but in need of restoration. The only body is the cowl you see in the picture and the bed that is laying behind the truck.
