Default Clutch problems

Hi folks

My 51 M-1 was running fine when I put her in a tempo and parked her for the winter ( it gets cold here in Montreal, Qc)

After a frame off that lasted 6 years, there were no issues all of last summer.

She starts well ( I changed the battery to starter connections with 2/0 welding wire and soldered in lugs, which solved all electrical problems but added about 8 lbs

Now the problem is that there is no resistance on the clutch pedal, and I cannot shift into reverse to back out and drive her a little.

I checked the linkages and everything is moving freely. I tapped the end where it goes into the bell housing with no difference. Someone talked about adjusting the clevis pin one way or the other

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
