Also, '36 and '37 spindles are different. Since you mentioned "reducing rings", I am lead to believe that they are earlier spindles.

The 37 spindles are known as "round back" spindles and the same spindle was used from 37-41. The spindles you are showing are for 36 and earlier. They have the flat sides on them and need spacers to run hydraulic brakes.

I think they are 36 spindles. 35’s are similar but have a longer shaft.

I think they are 35s the shaft is longer.
