Default 1926 4 door phaeton front bumper brackets and bumper

Does anyone have a photo or diagram of how the front bumper brackets are installed on the frame, and then on the bumper?

These are the parts that I have.

Do the bumper, brackets and parts look correct for a 26 phaeton?

No on the diagram or instructions. The bumper shown is aftermarket not Ford supplied. I think if it was made for a Model T, it would be for 1925 back and may have used the "L" brackets to mount to the stem on the head lights. Those "L" brackets look homemade to me. Nice for show, but not real strong. If you hold the arm up to the frame, with the hole in the center at about where the fender brace is, do the arms even extend far enough to the front to put the bumper in front of the wheels? Stock, the 21 and 30" wheels will have approx the same diameter add a little more for current oversized tires. If you look at Lang's catalog you will find photos of the 26/27 bumpers and will give you an idea how the arms are shaped.

I have a 27 with what I was told is a chevy bumper. The arm extends about 12" to 18" down the frame, At the fender brace makes a 90 degree bend toward the wheel and then another 90 toward the front. There is a slight downward bend of the arm at the front of the fender. Over all length to the front bend to attach the bumper 34". My setup looks nothing like what you have
