Why does a 40 Ford headlight switch have 2 battery connection?

The wiring diagram from Vanpelt's site only shows one.

The battery is connected through one YR wire to the light switch. This YR wire comes from the circuit breaker.

Sorry, I thought it was the same as a 40, it's actually a 41 pickup, like this one.
There is a "B" terminal on both sides. |

The headlight power was sourced from one circuit breaker; while the park, tail, and panel light power was sourced from another circuit breaker.
