Default t 56 3 spd tranny with od

shifting out of 1st gear is impossible above 1000 rpm, works smothly @lower rpm HELP!!

might be but it was working at higher rpm just like they used to

Remove the lower cover on the bell housing. Have a buddy or the bride step down on the clutch, and watch what happens up inside. If you find rust, a light spray should help, but keep it away from the friction surface. I adjusted my clutch so a .030 feeler would fit between the flywheel and the disc when the pedal was down.

ok I will go for that i have the inspection cover off already so will put it on blocks safely and adjust to that thanks i hope it is what the Dr ordered!
