Re: Aftermarket Radiator
I'm using a Brassworks radiator on my '31. It fits and cools very well.

Re: Aftermarket Radiator
I use a local radiator shop, very familiar with Model A's, to re-core them. In most cases he can fit a 4 row 10 fins per in on 30/31 radiators. That may be an over-kill in cooler climates but a real god-send in the Texas hot summers.

Re: Aftermarket Radiator
I would rather re-core but we only have one radiator shop here n town and I'm not sure if they've ever seen a model A ! I just pulled up those Brassworks radiators...that would be my first choice on a new radiator. Think I'll talk to the radiator shop first and compair the price of a re-core and a new Brassworks.

Re: Aftermarket Radiator
Thanks Mike...Have you used Bergs before? The re-cored radiator for $495 sounds like the way to go rather than payng $350 + no telling what my radiator shop will charge re-coring mine. I know the shop is pretty pricey on thier repairs.

No, but I received the name a short while ago from someone that had and they liked it.
