Default ford wheels

Hi, I have some 15" x 6" steel earley ford wheels that have no nubs on inside or outside for hub caps. What did this wheel fit on?

Possibly Jeep. They had a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern and no nubs for hub caps
