Default Is this an "old" aftermarket fan?

I have a fan that looks exactly like this picture I found on ebay. trying to figure out what it is. Its steel, but doesn't look like the original 2 blade steel (fan bolts to the pulley).

Is it a "vintage" aftermarket fan?

My view is old aftermarket. I would not use. Just my option.

I have one like that on the doodlebug, was NOS aftermarket when I bought it, Works well and looks well made, just like the replacement 4 blades but just 2.

Thanks!

It has a small wobble in the pulley so I'm replacing with aluminum 2 blade and I was curious was to what it was
