Default Early 33-3-W Fenders Skirted or NOT?

I have a fairly early 1933 3-window coupe that has the narrow front cross-member motor mounts, early front fender bracket/support rods that attach to the center spring support bracket with a frame serial number of 2134XX. (1933 serial numbers went from 203127 to 457477). The fenders are long gone so I am wondering what fenders if may have come with?? Early non-skirted or the later skirted style. The inner fender panels were not flat and had the cutout for the later short/flat brace to the cross-member but not used. Any reliable info out there? It also has the weak/short front bumper brackets that always seem to have broken off.

I helped disassemble a skirtless Tudor (from Wenatchee WA). There were many other differences besides the fenders and inner panels. The part the crank goes through on the front crossmember had "wings" on it the small fender braces hooked to. The gas tank cover and spare tire bracket were very different. Interestingly, this car had NO vin number on the frame anywhere.
I also had an early 33 tudor with the narrow motor mounts, front bumper irons with the bolts close together that had skirted fenders and normal gas tank cover etc. The car was from Canada and had a vin that started C18H XXXX.
My guess is your car most likely had normal fenders if there was no other early parts besides the motor mount and bumper bolt distances.

Skirtless fenders were gone long before the 10,000th car was built. Your coupe would have had regular '33 fenders.
