Re: Harold “Putt” Smith
I am sorry to hear about Putt passing. I used to run into him at a variety of swap meets and have been to his place a couple of times.

Re: Harold “Putt” Smith
I didn't know Mr Smith personally, but I sure heard many good things about him and his FH building abilities, and probably crossed his path at the Dawsonville, Georgia Moonshine Festival a time or three. Time is running out for many of us old Flathead Ford lovers.....Rest in Peace....Mr Harold "Putt" Smith.

It was like a maze trying to navigate through his little engine shop. |

Re: Harold “Putt” Smith
I enjoyed Putt and was astounded when I visited his place. I think he was much less impressed when he visited me. I do not have a pile of carbs 6 feet high and 10 feet in diameter and trailers and containers full of NOS Flathead stuff.
RIP Putt. |
