Default Hurd key question

I picked up 7 old Hurd key blanks last week--One of the keys had the 3 humps on the back but the recessed slot is in the opposite side of the key--I was wondering if Ford ever used a key like this? If so, what years?

That blank was uses for 1946-47 Willys (jeep) applications
